Return Policy
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
It must be in the original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Shipping Costs Policy:
Customers will only be charged once, at most, for shipping costs (this includes returns). There will be no restocking fee charged to consumers for returning the product.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return has been received and inspected:
We will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven't received your refund:
First check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to process)
Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
